At Reveah, we want you to glow with confidence. If your order isn't quite right, we’re here to help.
1. 14-Day Return Window
We accept returns on items within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and seals intact.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we will make it right immediately.

Please inspect your order upon reception.

Contact us at support.reveah@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.

We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used skincare products (creams, serums, sunscreens).

Items marked as "Final Sale."

Gift cards.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support.reveah@gmail.com or 70653968. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
